lifeGmap is an AI-based coaching tool and is NOT a medical device. All suggestions are based on statistical inference from your activity data and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or if you experience pain or discomfort.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lifeGmap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

lifeGmap provides AI-powered running coaching based on your Garmin activity data, including:

Personalized training intensity guidance and pace coaching
Injury risk assessment and prevention recommendations
Supplementary exercise and stretching routines
Training history tracking and insights

The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. Pricing for the full release will be communicated in advance.

3. Garmin Integration

Use of this service requires a Garmin Connect account. By connecting your Garmin account, you authorize lifeGmap to access your activity and health data for coaching purposes. You may disconnect at any time via the service settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Garmin credentials.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Access or use another user's account
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or circumvent security measures
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, algorithms, and design elements of lifeGmap are the intellectual property of ABSquad Inc. You retain ownership of your personal activity data. AB Squad is granted a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Squad shall not be liable for:

Physical injury or health conditions resulting from following or ignoring AI suggestions
Inaccurate coaching resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user
Service interruptions due to force majeure, maintenance, or third-party failures

AB Squad's total liability for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. In the event of service termination, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and ensure safe deletion of user data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

For users in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws in your country of residence.
